Creating a document that explains specific details about what our group has decided about the fundamentals of the project is very important for our success in this class. This document will be something that we will be able to go back to if needed throughout the project. This is also something that will specifically lay out the details of what our group has decided on for our professor to look at. It provides the organizational description, rationale, meeting times, and a communication plan for the project. The organization our group agreed on is the Westerly Area Rest/Meals Shelter, better known as the WARM Center. Located in Westerly, Rhode Island, it provides services to the homeless community throughout southern Rhode Island and Eastern Connecticut.
